THERE will be plenty of local representation in the North Munster Senior Club XV which tackle Munster A in a charity fixture at Takumi Park, Rosbrien on Friday (7.30pm).
All seven Limerick clubs have players named in the 25-man squad, who will train a couple of times this week ahead of the fixture.
Young Munster’s Ger Slattery leads the coaching group and is supported by the forwards coach, James Hickey (Nenagh Ormond) and the backs coach, Shane Mullally of Old Crescent.
Andrew McNamara (Shannon) is the team manager.
Gate proceeds will benefit Milford Care Centre, Parkinson’s Association, Limerick Marine Search and Rescue, Daughters of Charity Lisnagry, Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and Redemptorist Christmas Poor Campaign.
