LIMERICK will host Tipperary in an important Munster Under-20 Hurling Championship at Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale, on Friday (7pm).

This fixture was listed for the Gaelic Grounds, but was moved earlier in the week.

Itโ€™s still anticipated that Limerickโ€™s lead venue – which has been out of commission for some time due to remedial works – will host the Munster Senior Hurling Championship against Tipperary on April 28.

In the opening round, the Shannonsiders were edged-out by Clare (2-17 to 2-15) at Oโ€™Garney Park, Sixmilebridge.
