INDEPENDENT local election candidate for City North, Pat O’Neill has welcomed news that the scheme of 43 units on the Condell Road will be made available this summer.
“Originally this scheme was voted by the majority of councillors to be a fully social scheme but once this news was circulated around the Northside we were contacted by a lot of people who wanted the scheme to be mixed as they wanted an opportunity to buy their own home,” Mr O’Neill commented.
“The scheme is now going to be both social and affordable”.
