LIMERICK Mental Health Association (LMHA) in association with Flexitime are inviting everyone out to the Limerick Greenway for a fun 5km run or walk this month.
LMHA and Flexitime will team up and host the fun run at Abbeyfeale on the Limerick Greenway on April 7 at 11am.
There will be live music on the day, as well as free tea and coffee, and a relaxing breath work session before the run to make sure the participants are relaxed and ready.
Families and pets are also encouraged to take part.
The event is free and open to all.
