WITH demand for blood in hospitals across the country standing at six percent higher than this time last year, the Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) has scheduled a number of blood donation clinics to take place in Limerick across the coming week.
Coláiste Iosaef in Kilmallock will be host to three blood donation clinics next week, each taking place between 5.50pm and 9.10pm on February 26, 28, and 29.
The following day, February 29, a donation clinic will be held in the Greenhills Hotel in Caherdavin from 4.20pm until 7.40pm.
