ONE of the most rescheduled hurling fixtures in modern GAA history has once again been postponed.
Limerick v Cork in the Munster Senior Hurling League, fixed for this Sunday lunchtime at Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale, has been cancelled “following heavy overnight rain”, Munster GAA has confirmed.
The cancellation comes in advance of Storm Isha, which is set to rip through the entire country later this evening.
A Munster GAA statement confirmed: “Refunds will be processed in the coming days.”
The winners are due to meet Waterford in the final, which is yet to be scheduled after having originally been intended to be played today.
