SINGER/SONGWRITER Shirley Callaghan will release her debut single called ‘Ice Queen (Is this what you’re made of)’ on Wednesday January 17.
From a young age, Shirley played Trad/Irish music, which she inherited from her family in County Kerry. Her influences range from Bob Dylan to Sinead O’Connor, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, REM, Kate Bush and many more.
The new single is a strong start with an earworm chorus and there is more music to come in 2024. She is currently working on her upcoming singles with multi platinum selling songwriter and producer Paul Statham.
