DROMOLAND Castle has recently appointed a new director of resort sales.
The five star County Clare hotel has appointed Olivia Frawley to the role, which will see her drive the overall strategic sales strategy and play a pivotal role for future growth of the estate, with a key focus on UK, US, and European markets.
Ms Frawley has over 20 years of experience in Irish and international tourism, and is renowned in Irish and international tourism and hospitality circles, having recently worked with Ireland’s overseas tourism marketing agency Tourism Ireland as pan-market luxury executive responsible for championing and spearheading the luxury strategy for Tourism Ireland on behalf of all overseas markets.
She also worked with the Jurys Doyle Group in Boston early in her career, as well as holding positions with the O’Donoghue Ring Collection and Tourico Holidays.
Ms Frawley will take up her new role from next month.
Commenting on her new role, Clare Frawley said: “I am honoured to be joining Dromoland Castle as director of resort sales. Dromoland is an iconic property, one which I have admired for many years.”
“I look forward to contributing my passion for hospitality and enhancing the hotels already world-renowned standard of excellence. I’m excited for the journey ahead and eager to collaborate with the exceptional team already in place at Dromoland Castle,” she said.
