THE search for a 54-year-old Limerick man has been called off after Gardaí this morning confirmed that he had been found safe and well.
Gardaí raised an alert earlier this week when William Spratt had been reported as missing from his home since December 5, having last been seen in the Thomondgate area. At the time, a statement from An Garda Síochána said that both Gardaí and William’s family were “concerned for his wellbeing”.
This morning (Friday), Gardaí in Limerick confirmed that the 54-year-old Limerick man had been located safe and well, and thanked the public for their assistance in the search.
