In Division 1A, Young Munster (ninth) host second-placed Clontarf at Tom Clifford Park, while Shannon (fourth) are at Ballynahinch (seventh). The division is headed by Lansdowne.
In 1B, Garryowen are home to Old Wesley.
Elsewhere, Old Crescent welcome Nenagh Ormond to Takumi Park and Greystones are visitors to UL Bohemian (Annacotty), both in 2A, while in 2C Bruff have Clogher Valley as visitors to Kilballyowen Park.
