The Line is the pseudonym of Brian Dillon of Meltybrains? His new project is a collaborative album with some of the best known names in Irish music. The lead single ‘Patience of Saints’ from the album features Limerick’s Godknows and MuRli. Patience of Saints was written by Brian, God Knows and MuRli in MuRli’s home studio in Limerick. The track discusses faith, friendship and the challenges posed when one feels the need to prove themselves.
The album Red Blood Cells and Righteousness will be released on Wednesday November 1 via Strange Brew. The 13 track collaborative LP focuses on the importance of community and communal values and features Loah, Sorcha Richardson, Dan Fox (Gilla Band), Sarah Corcoran (Pillow Queens), Caoi de Barra (Wyvern Lingo) and many more.
