AN array of County Camogie finals are listed for this Sunday.
The obvious highlight is the Senior decider between neighbours Killeedy and Newcastle West (NCW) at Paddy Carroll Park in Ballyagran (1pm). In the semi-finals, the Daniel Clifton managed Killeedy eleminated holders Ahane while Thomas Duggan’s NCW easily accounted for Bruff.
Earlier in the championship, NCW defeated Killeedy but this time around it’s the latter who have been installed as slight favourites for silverware.
NCW’s team will feature many from the Monagea side which captured the Limerick Ladies Senior Football Championship at the weekend.
Afterwards, last season’s runners-up Croagh/Kilfinny and Monaleen contest the Intermediate final (3.30pm).
Elsewhere, the Senior B Final will involve Adare and Na Piarsaigh in Fedamore (2.30pm).
Limerick Camogie has also confirmed, after a two year stint, the departure of John Lillis as manager of the county senior team.
The closing date for applications to succeed Lillis is Wednesday October 25.
