A LIMERICK-based aviation company has appointed a new non-executive chairman.
Cloudcards, a local software and aviation company, have appointed Niall McNamara as their new non-executive chairman.
Mr McNamara is an aviation industry veteran and has previously served as Corporate Managing Director with Waystone and CEO of Aviation Corporate Services.
McNamara’s extensive experience also includes senior roles at GPA, an aircraft leasing company set up in 1975 by Tony Ryan, complemented by his role as a non-executive director for multiple aviation businesses and funds.
Also joining the team at Cloudcards is Barbara Przybylska-Borychowska, who takes up the role of Head of Asset Finance and Operations.
Ms Przybylska-Borychowska has over 10 years experience in the aviation industry, most recently as Vice President of Operations and Head of Finance at Seraph Aviation Group. As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Barbara brings a wealth of lessor financial expertise.
Sofia Somma also joins the team as Senior Developer, bringing 15 years of software development proficiency to Cloudcards’ in-house development team.
