Types of accommodation sought are private houses, apartments, room or rooms in a residence with access to bathroom/kitchen etc and out of season bed and breakfast
A spokesman explained “What our students want from shared accommodation is a friendly approachable landlord or property provider, a home away from home, accommodation near to a TUS campus, transport availability in the area, their own room with access to a bathroom, access to kitchen and facilities, to pay reasonable rent, access to Wi-Fi and basic utilities and clear rules/boundaries from the start”.
There are benefits for owner/occupiers whether renting out a room or letting part of an owner-occupied house. The following benefits are available to accommodation providers.
