LIMERICK Gardaí are investigating after a city apartment was broken into earlier this month.
The incident happened at an apartment on Courtbrack Avenue between 5pm on Thursday, August 10, and 7pm the following evening.
The thief forced open the rear patio door of the apartment to gain entry, according to Garda John Finnerty of Henry Street Garda Station.
Once inside the apartment, the thief searched the property and escaped with a sum of money.
There is no description available of the thief, but Gardaí are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious or might have any information to contact investigating Gardaí at Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212 400.
