Head of LEO Mike Cantwell

LEO Limerick is holding a summer barbeque and masterclass for Limerick business owners on Wednesday June 22.

The event will begin start with a food and networking reception in the Castletroy Park Hotel at 6pm. From 7pm Pat McDonagh, owner of the Castletroy Park Hotel and the Supermac’s chain of restaurants, will discuss his remarkable journey in an interview with business mentor and motivator Pádraic Ó Máille.

The conversation will include his unique approach and business formula for success, the challenges facing business in Ireland today, and strategies for growth and identifying opportunities.

Throughout his career, Pat McDonagh has been a firm believer in hands-on organisation and is very much involved in the day-to-day management of his businesses.

Originally working as a school teacher, he has developed businesses across the food and hospitality industry. He attributes his success to a number of factors, including unique and innovative offerings, a commitment to quality across all aspects of the business, and a strong work ethic.
