ONE of the national broadcaster’s top stars will be presenting his popular radio show live from a shed in a Limerick village next month.
The broadcaster is Ray Darcy and the shed in question is a the new base for Women’s Shed Limerick where women of all ages can meet, learn new skills and enjoy various activities.
To mark the official launch of the women’s shed on Friday, June 2, the Ray Darcy Show will be broadcast live from Mungret GAA Hall.
The event gets under way at 2pm with music, stalls, refreshments, guest speakers, followed by the live broadcast from 3 to 4.30pm.
