THE STAFF and ownership of National Motors, Larkin’s Cross, Co Clare, have handed the prospective car owners of the Mid West the steering wheel in the drive to give back to the community.
Over a six-week charitable campaign, run by National Motors owner Andrius Gronskis and his team, the Larkin’s Cross car dealership allowed customers to choose between two worthy Limerick charities to be the benefactors of a generous donation.
When buying a car from National Motors, customers were allowed to choose whether €100 of their purchase would go to Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention or Limerick Animal Welfare.
The results ended in a kind donation of €1,200 to Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention and €700 to Limerick Animal Welfare, presented in cheques to the company’s chosen charities in recent weeks.
