GARDAÍ investigating an assault and violent disorder incident on Main Street, Patrickswell last Wednesday evening have arrested a third person.
The man in his 50s was arrested yesterday and detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
He has since been charged and is due to appear before a special sitting of Limerick District Court at 2:15pm today.
