College of FET, LCFE Mulgrave Street Campus, was delighted to launch their FET Taster Series last week. This new and innovative FET Taster Series has been created especially for second level schools.
The mission of this series is to give second level students an insight to the value, importance, relevance, and excitement of Further Education and Training Courses at the college. The series is geared towards TY’s, along with LCA, fifth, and sixth year students.
On the FET Taster Series, participants can experience first-hand, through practical, interactive sessions just how much they can benefit from a PLC course.
Offering a practical and interactive insight into a college course, the series gives second level students the power to make informed and relevant decisions as to their future.
Further Education and Training is designed to be part of a person’s life-long education and many benefit from using their time in FET to prepare for employment and apprenticeships or to use FET as a pathway to further and higher Education.
The team at College of FET, LCFE Mulgrave St Campus, are looking forward to working with second level schools through the Mid West region and to strengthening working relationships with them.
