Limerick take on Clare seeking a four in a row of Munster titles this Sunday.
After waiting 17 years for a Munster title between 1996-2013, Limerick have responded in style with a hat trick of titles on the bounce under John Kiely.
The Treaty men return to the provincial final this Sunday where they will be aiming for four on the trot for the first time since the 1930s.
This will be Limerick’s eighth Munster final appearance this century and they have won just over half those games, winning in 2013, ’19,’20 and ’21 while falling in 2001, ’07 and ’14.
Three players will be playing in their sixth final this weekend while a number will be playing a fourth.
