‘COPPER Face Jacks: The Musical’ will be playing at the University Concert Hall on multiple dates this July.
Paul Howard’s musical is a love story set on the eve of a Dublin V Kerry All Ireland Final and sees a sweet Kerry girl fall in love with the captain of the Dublin football team, Gino Wildes.

The musical stars many of Ireland’s best and well-known acting talents like Love/Hate actor Johnny Ward, who will play Gino Wildes. ‘Mrs. Brown’s Boys’ star Fiona O’Carroll will play opposite Ward as Gretchen Ackerman.
O’Carroll is currently is a cast member of the popular sitcom Mrs. Brown’s Boys. She has plenty of theatre experience, having toured worldwide with the ‘Mrs. Brown’s Boys’ cast for the last 20 years.
Other notable names in the musical include Stephen O’Leary from ‘Fair City’, Rachel O’Connell from the hit TV show ‘The Young Offenders’, and Daithi O’Donnell from the TG4 drama ‘Ros na Rún.
The musical is full of craic and has received rave reviews and even standing ovations from critics and audience members.
