LIMERICK qualified for the All-Ireland series of the championship after their win on Sunday.
It was hard fought but in the end, Limerick maintained their 100% championship record this year with a 3-21 to 0-23 defeat of Tipperary on Sunday afternoon.

Tom Morrissey looked back to his best with 0-4 from play, including three in the second half while Gillane was at his best with two well taken goals leaving his tally at 2-5 (4f)
A number of Kiely’s side will feel aggrieved to have been left out including Mike Casey, Sean Finn, Darragh O’Donovan and Gearoid Hegarty to name a few.
Limerick now have had eight players on the team of the week since the championship opener with Diarmaid Byrnes (2), Gillane (2), Declan Hannon, William O’Donoghue, Gearoid Hegarty, Quaid, Nash and Morrissey all being selected thus far
