AFTER taking a Covid-19 gap year in 2021, Music for Mental Health returns this Friday, March 25 at 8pm in Dolans Warehouse.
Music for Mental Health was first launched in 2018 and was initially meant to be a one off event, but is now heading into its fourth year and has raised over €57,000 in the previous three events.
This year the event is supporting six Humanli Family Charities, who work hard providing support for people who suffer with mental health issues. The charities also raise awareness of the challenges these people face everyday.
The charities that are being supported by the event include Limerick Suicide Watch, Blue Box Creative Arts Psychotherapy, Corpus Christi School, Clare’s Wish Foundation and Cliona’s Foundation.
Some of the singers that are taking part in the event include Limerick singer-songwriter Emma Langford and singer-songwriter Hallie.
