IRELAND’S Strongest Man will take place in Limerick for the first time, and local hero and reigning Champion, Pa O’Dwyer will be aiming for a record-breaking sixth title.
On Sunday August 14, Market Field Stadium in Limerick, will play host to Ireland’s 12 strongest men who will come together to do battle over 5 gruelling tests of strength. A battle that will leave one man standing with the crown of Ireland’s Strongman 2022.
The television cameras of RTE and American TV network Fubo will be there to cover all the action. But first you can see Pa O’Dwyer lift his fifth title this Saturday March 19 on RTE2 at 4.30pm.

See the ‘Limerick Lion’ Pa O’Dwyer take on the former champion Matthew ‘The Real’ McCoy and Kilkenny’s ‘Stone Monster’ David Jones, along with many more super strongmen as they come face to face with some jaw dropping events like The Giant Tyre Flip, the 1 tonne Car Hold, the giant Log Press, and the iconic Stones Of Strength.
