NEIL Madigan from Croagh and Robert Mulcahy from Caherconlish won The European 8 Ball Pool Championships 2022 for The Irish Men’s Pool team.
The two Limerick men claimed the top prize by beating Wales 8-5 in the final with both players winning their respective frames. The victory means that Neil and Robert are now double European Champions.
The Over 50’s Irish Team also had a good run in the Championships, finishing Runners up in that category.
The Championships were held over the last week with countries from all over Europe, British Isles and Africa competing for the top prize at the Gleneagle INEC Arena in Killarney, County Kerry.
