Squad Update| Earls to continue hamstring rehab as Ireland suffer no new injuries following Wales victory

THE Irish team suffered no further injuries following their Six Nations victory at the weekend.

The Irish squad regrouped on Sunday evening in Carton house with no injury concerns following Saturdayโ€™s Six Nations win over Wales.

Keith Earlsย will continue his hamstring rehab in Munster over the coming weeks and his progress will be assessed as the Championship progresses.

Rob Herringย is unavailable for selection this weekendโ€™s Round 2 trip to Paris to face France with a calf issue andย Dave Heffernanย has joined the squad.

Ulster trioย Michael Lowry, Robert Baloucouneย andย Nick Timoneyย have re-joined the squad having featured for Ulster against Connacht in the URC on Friday evening.

Johnny Sextonย surpassed 500 points in the Six Nations Championship at the weekend and currently stands on 955 points for his country.

Saturdayโ€™s game at the Stade de France (Kick-off 4.45pm Irish time) will be broadcast live on VIRGIN (ROI) and ITV (NI) and RTE Radio.
