TWO weeks of track renewal work will take place on the Limerick to Ballybrophy via Nenagh railway line, beginning this Saturday, January 29 until Sunday, February 13.
It will see a further two miles of track replaced which, combined with previous work completed last year, will improve journey time.
All train services will be replaced by bus transfers while the track replacement work continues.
The bus services will depart at the scheduled train times, except for the 07:45 Nenagh to Limerick service, which will depart at the earlier time of 7:30, serving Birdhill at 07:52 and Castleconnell at 08:05.
Iarnród Eireann has apologised to customers affected by these essential works.
