POPULAR Wine Bar, The Copper Room and The Bedford Café have finally announced that they are re-opening their doors again since their closure due to COVID-19 restrictions.
This Friday and Saturday, The Copper Room, will be open again and from next week on the bar will be opening Thursday to Saturday.
They will be open from 5pm until 2am, with food served all night. For parties less than six, there will be no need for reservations and you can just walk right in.

The cheese and Wine Bar on O’Connell Street has been closed since December 2021, when new restrictions were brought in by the Irish Government in order to tackle the spread of the Omicron variant.
Also re-opening is the popular Bedford Café. It reopened today January 25 at 8am, and is looking forward to welcoming back all its customers. The Café will be resuming its opening hours of 8am to 3:15pm from Monday to Sunday.

With the easing of restrictions, nightclubs are fully open once again after being closed before Christmas. Amber Nightclub in Limerick was one of the nightclubs that was open last weekend after the restrictions were lifted.

Pubs, cinemas and restaurants were hit hard by the restrictions, which required them to be closed at 8pm. The Copper Room and the Bedford Café had to close for the ”foreseeable future” due to these restrictions, with nightclubs closed completely.
