MUNSTER head coach Johann Van Graan has announced the squad he will be bringing to South Africa apart of URC double header.
A 29-man Munster squad will fly to South Africa on Saturday for their URC double-header against the Vodacom Bulls and the Emirates Lions.
Back-row Jack O’Donoghue will captain the squad on the tour with two Greencore Munster Rugby Academy players Alex Kendellen and Paddy Patterson both included.
More players are expected to join the touring squad in the coming days, as South African lock Jason Jenkins returns to training today having completed rehab for a thigh injury.
Munster face the Vodacom Bulls in Pretoria on Saturday, November 27th, with kick-off at 5.45pm Irish time and the Emirates Lions at 3.30pm Irish time on Saturday December 4th in Johannesburg.
The squad will then return to Ireland ahead of their Champions Cup opener away to Premiership side Wasps in Coventry on Sunday, December 12th.
