Results | Semi-Final pairings confirmed in the Limerick Senior Camogie Championships after Round III

THE third round of games were played in the top four tiers of the Limerick Camogie Championships.

In the Senior championship, Newcastle West made it three from three in the championship with a win over Bruff. NCW were assured of their place in the final prior to throw in and will be joined by Ahane as they beat Crecora 6-7 to 3-8.

Ahane will play Killeedy in the semi-finals with last year’s champions having a bye in the final round after winning their opening games. Granagh Ballingarry’s five point win over Na Piarsaigh sees them into the semi-finals where they will meet Newcastle West.

In the Intermediate Championship, Murroe Boher extended their winning run to top group one and move into the semi-finals. The game between Killeedy and Ballyagran was postponed with the winner to join Murroe in the last four. In the other group, Cappamore and Templeglantine agreed to share the points as Monaleen beat Croagh Kilfinny.

Patrickswell’s win over Ballybrown sees them advance to the semi-finals of the Junior A Championship where they will take on Galbally after they topped group one with a win over Mungret St Pauls. Adare will meet Mungret in the last four.

Elsewhere, Killeedy were crowned 12 a-side champions after beating Crecora in the decider.
