Resource Property Management opens new base in Newcastle West

HURLER of the year Gearoid Hegarty took on a different role last Friday when he was special guest at the official opening of the new Resource Property Management (RPM Property) headquarters in Newcastle West.

Established in late 2017 by Tracey Reidy, RPM Property is an independent Property Letting and Management Company registered with the Property Services Regulatory Authority.

Having previously worked in the property rental sector in the UK, Tracey’s mission is to make the lives of both landlords and tenants hassle free by offering bespoke property management packages to suit individual requirements.

RPM Property currently let and manage rental properties in Limerick City, Limerick County, Clare border and North Cork. They can also arrange the BER certification of a property, electrical inspection reports, general maintenance, property upgrades and redecoration.

A brief overview of the company’s range of services include: Advertising.  Vetting and securing tenants.  Registering the tenancy with Residential Tenancy Board. Carrying out regular inspections. Managing the property.  Upgrading of a property by redecorating or refurbishment. Liaising with all parties in the property. Managing the paperwork and financials.
