EASON have announced the launch of their exciting new book programme ‘What’s the Story?’ in partnership with Virgin Media. The monthly book show will feature exclusive author interviews and book reviews, hosted by journalist, author and presenter Meghann Scully. The new show will be live on Virgin Media Player from yesterday, 9th of September where book lovers can enjoy inspiring interviews and add books to their reading lists inspired by insightful reviews.
Eason’s two book review panellists, author and storyteller Dave Rudden and Business Post Magazine editor Nadine O’Regan will be reviewing eagerly anticipated new books from Irish authors Easkey Britton and Colin Black. Sharing their honest thoughts on the books, the panellists will be sure to have viewers eager to dive into the pages.
One of Ireland’s best-selling authors, Cecelia Ahern will be chatting about her new novel, Freckles sharing exciting snippets with presenter Meghann Scully on what readers can look forward to in this unforgettable read about family, belonging and human connection.
‘What’s The Story?’ is packed full of reading inspiration with Eason Book Ambassador Sinéad Moriarty sharing the Eason top picks of breakthrough books by Irish female writers in the first episode and will be sharing top reads for book lovers in each episode.
