THE 2021 Limerick Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship kicks off next weekend.
The second tier of Limerick hurling begins on the weekend of September 4/5 with four fixtures across the competition.
Last year’s finalists Mungret St Pauls take on newly relegated Murroe Boher in the pick of the ties. Intermediate champions Newcastle West take on Dromin Athlacca in their first ever game at the grade.
Last year Kildimo Pallaskenry defeated Mungret St Pauls in the final after falling in the decider in 2019.
The group game fixtures take place in back to back weeks over the first three weekends with the semi-final down for October 3 and the final a forntight later.
