Ireland’s opponents confirmed for Autumn Internationals

DETAILS have been confirmed for the Autumn Internationals which are set to take place in October and November of this year.

The Irish rugby team are set to play the USA for the second time this year, only this fixture is set to be played in Las Vegas on Saturday October 30th, at the Allegiant Stadium.

Ireland will then fly home to play Japan in the Aviva Stadium, this will also be the second time the two sides have met this year at the same venue. The Japanese game is set for Saturday November 6th and will officially kick off the Autumn internationals.

Ireland will then face what will likely be their greatest challenge of the series, as they take on the All Blacks at the Aviva Stadium on November 13th. This will be the first time the Kiwi’s have played in Ireland since their 2018 defeat however the last time the sides played was at the Rugby World Cup in Japan, when the All-Blacks won 46-14 in the quarter finals.

The Autumn Internationals will conclude with Ireland taking on Argentina on Sunday November 21st. This will also be the first time the Argentinians have played in Ireland since 2018, Los Pumas will undoubtedly be eager to put their new found form to the test against their old World Cup rivals.
