ONCE again it’s the weekend which means sport for most households will dominate the television screens. We will walk you through what is on, when it is on and where you can find it.
Saturday will be full of a variety of sporting action, starting with Women’s Cricket between England and India on Sky Sports Cricket from 10.30am.
Formula One fans will have their fill as the practice and qualifying for the Austrian Grand Prix will be available on Sky Sports F1 from 10.45am.Tennis will be on BBC 2 from 11am with action from day 6 at Wimbledon while BBC 1 will also show the event from 12.20pm.
Tour de France stage 8 will be shown on Eurosport 1 from 12.05pm while Horse Racing enthusiasts can enjoy action from Sandown park will be shown on UTV and Virgin Media One at 1.25pm.
Rugby action this Saturday involves Ireland v Japan from 1pm and will be shown on RTÉ 2. The British and Irish Lions will face off against the Emirates Lions from 5pm on Sky Sports Action
There is no shortage of GAA action this weekend as Saturday sees Galway v Dublin in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship at 2pm and Kilkenny v Wexford at 4.30pm while in the Munster Championship Limerick play Cork at 7pm in Thurles. All the games will be on Sky Sports Arena.
Soccer resumes with games from EURO 2020 as the Quarter-finals get underway with Czech Republic facing Denmark on RTÉ 2 at 4.30pm while later on England face Ukraine from 7.30pm.
Golf includes action includes the Volunteers of America Classic on Sky Sports Golf from 11pm in Texas. Detroit will host the Rocket Mortgage Classic again on Sky Sports Golf from 5.30pm.While the Volunteers of America Classic will also commence once again on Sunday on the same channel at 11pm.
Sunday sees Cricket involving England v Sri Lanka on Sky Sports Cricket from 10.30am.
Cycling will be available on Eurosport 1 from 12.15pm with the Tour de France stage 9: To Tignes.

Highlights will be available on RTÉ 2 at 9.30pm.
