EOIN Sheehan, TV Chef & Food Entrepreneur, has teamed up with Clare’s Wish Foundation for his very first virtual event, as official brand ambassador of the charity.
In April 2021, Eoin signed on as a Brand Ambassador for Local Limerick Charity, Clare’s Wish Foundation.
Clare’s Wish Foundation was founded in 2013 and is supported entirely by individuals, businesses and community groups. This foundation is the only Irish charity dedicated to providing wishes, exclusively to adults with terminal illnesses.
Clare’s Wish have granted over 120 wishes since they have started, bringing sparkle into the lives of the people who need it most. 2021 has been a really hard year for everyone, especially for charities that have had to cancel the majority of their fundraising initiatives.
Sadly, this crisis has not stopped terminal illnesses and wishes are still coming through. “Wishes won’t stop from the outbreak and neither will we. We are very excited about our first event with our new Brand Ambassador Eoin!- Kevin Clancy, founder of Clare’s Wish Foundation.
Eoin’s cooking demo will kick off on Thursday the 20th of May at 6pm virtually. This event has a twist, as it will be streamed live from The Parlour at The Bedford Townhouse- Limerick’s newest venue!
The night will consist of a delicious main course of Paella and a trio of puff pastry desserts. An ingredients list will be sent out to all participants prior to the event so encourage a virtual cook along on the night, bringing everyone together through cooking! Local Irish Gin company, Dingle Gin, are sponsors of this event- and will be matching a tasty cocktail with Eoins cooking demo on the night.
Eoin Sheehan is a 24 year old cook and business owner, from Limerick. Launching his meal preparation service, Country Munch at the age of 18, Eoin has grown the business to produce over 500 meals a week, to a range of customers, teams and contracts.

“The paella covers a lot of good cooking practices and is also super easy and cheap to make from home. The pastrys are a great way to get 3 desserts made in a matter of minutes and great for platters of parties”- Eoin Sheehan
