The Limerick Post Show with Meghann Scully
The FOLM project with LIT – “From Outdoors to Labour Market” is looking for Limerick people to get involved.
It aims to get young people (18 -29) who aren’t in work, training or education back into the labour market.
It’s a 5 day outdoor learning experience where participants learn to forage, build a campfires, hike etc. After outdoor week, participants will receive 5 weeks of online coaching to work towards goals and the mentor supports them for another 6 months. They also have access to the platform with job offers from employers who cooperate with the project too.
