A new joint initiative between Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board and the Mid-West Regional Skills Forum has just been launched. It seeks to provide a stepping stone for women into a career in the technology sector, where less than 25% of tech roles in Ireland are currently filled by women.
In April, 20 women will be offered a pathway into a career in the tech sector.
