BELLTABLE, in association with Bigger Picture Projects, is joining Aurora Nova and partners around the world to mark the one year anniversary of the day when most theatres in the world sadly shut their doors.
Twelve months on, we collectively come together as a global community for one night only on March 13th 2021. LET THERE BE THEATRE will celebrate the power of live performance, to remind ourselves what we miss and love about that creative communal experience.
2020 was one of the hardest years for anyone working in the performing arts sector. The pandemic is still raging and we don’t know when we can meet our audiences at live performances again.
LET THERE BE THEATRE is a gift of hope, a joyful and thoughtful experience for all involved. Together, theatre makers and audiences are sending a signal to remind ourselves of the transformative power of theatre.
