LIMERICK and Emerald AC athlete Amy O’Donoghue knocked four seconds off her personal best as she finished fourth in the 1500m at the Bryggen Invitational in Manchester over the weekend.
O’Donoghue clocked a time of 4.14.54 in the race finishing .4 seconds behind first placed Holly Archer.
O’Donoghue’s new PB is just a second outside of European standard.
O’Donoghue is a full-time athlete and also competes in the 800m.
