NOT to dwell on becoming the first Irish rider to win a rainbow jersey in any mountain bike downhill event last week in Leogang, Austria, young Limerick star Oisin O’Callaghan followed up that success by claiming his second Junior World Cup win in Maribor.
O’Callaghan continued in his fine form and had almost 5.5 seconds to spare as he clinched a second consecutive title.
This victory came despite a struggle as O’Callaghan fell but had the composure to take the win.
