UPDATED: WEDDINGS are said to have 100 people under the new Living With Covid plan to be outlined by the Government later today (Sept 15th).
Level One includes up to 100 guests at a wedding while level two outlines 50 guests, which is where we are currently at in Limerick.
Shall the country and county move to level three then only 25 guests will be allowed to attend a wedding.
The Cabinet set out a plan that includes five levels, five being the stricter restrictions.
In terms of sporting events, stadiums that can hold 5,000 spectators can now allow 200 people attend games.
Dublin will not see wet pubs reopen on September 21st and house hold visits will be limited as cases have seen an considerable rise in recent weeks.
Minister Michael McGrath has said ‘it is likely’ that different measures to tackle Covid-19 are going to be introduced for Dublin.
