THE Limerick Camogie team now know their route to All-Ireland glory as the fixtures for the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Championship have been revealed.
Limerick, under the stewardship of Paul Sexton, will begin their All Ireland campaign on the weekend of October 18/19 where they will play the 2019 Intermediate champions Westmeath.
They face Waterford the following week in a battle of the losing quarter-finalists from 2019.
Sexton’s side will have a bye week before concluding their group campaign on the weekend of November 7-8 with a clash against Kilkenny who were runners up in last year’s championship.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for the following week with two from Limerick’s group advancing to the knockout stages.
The winner of the group will go through to the semi-finals automatically with the second placed team into the quarter-finals.
The Draw for the Premier Junior Championship has also been made with Limerick looking to go one better than 2019 where they lost out to Kerry in the decider in Croke Park.
Limerick are in Group 2 alongside Waterford, Armagh and Roscommon.
They kick of their campaign on October 24/25 when they meet Waterford. Incidentally it is the same weekend as when the senior sides meet.
They then play Roscommon and Armagh in successive weeks.
The top two in the group advance to the semi finals which are down for decision on the weekend of October 21/22.
