THE new series of ‘Other Voices’ is screening on RTE2 on Thursday nights.
Rapper/ poet Denise Chaila featured in last week’s episode alongside Elbow, Skinny Living and JC Stewart.
Denise also had a sit down with ‘Other Voices’ presenter Maykay for a chat about upcoming plans.
Denise’s performances were captured at the recent programme’s recordings in Ballina, County Mayo with God Knows and DJ Replay (PX Music) providing the beats. They were to feature at a live show at Lost Lane, Dublin called MO’OV’US featuring some of Ireland’s finest rappers, singers and producers. This was rescheduled to Friday May 15.
Denise shared on social media that she was going to make the best of impending lockdown.
“Really excited about sitting and settling into my next few weeks, making peace with not moving or gigging or doing much except resting and loving the people around me. Take care of yourself, rest, don’t be afraid.” Watch ‘Other Voices’, Episode 3 on the RTE Player.
