THE Chairman of Shannon Group plc has welcomed the appointment of Limerick man Mike Quinn, CEO of the Doncasters Group, to the board of Shannon Group plc.
Mr Quinn has been appointed by Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Shane Ross, to serve on the board for a three-year term.
Welcoming the appointment, Rose Hynes, Chairman, Shannon Group said: “I warmly welcome Mr Quinn to the Board.
“He brings a wealth of knowledge and his extensive experience in the private, semi-state and aviation industry sectors will be of particular support to Shannon Group as we focus on delivering our ambitious future development strategy.
