Limerick designers to unveil their latest collections at Showcase 2020

Limerick designers and makers will unveil their latest collections at Showcase – Ireland’s Creative Expo® in the RDS.

Over 400 people and brands will be showcasing their collections to almost 3,000 retail buyers from all across the world.

Linda Wilson Knitwear will be back again this year along with other Limerick designers who will make their Showcase debut.

Fashion designer, Aoife McNamara will be showcasing her clothing line, Aoife Ireland with Andrea Mears Jewellery and Original Ireland making also debuting at the Dublin event.

Showcase is a massive opportunity for Irish designers to get the chance to meet International markets and potentially sell their designs abroad.

In 2019, orders generated over the four days of the show were €25.1M.

Showcase is presented on behalf of Design & Crafts Council Ireland, with support from Enterprise Ireland in promoting the trade show internationally, and the Local Enterprise Offices nationwide.

Louise Allen, Managing Executive, Design & Crafts Council Ireland, said: “Showcase is pivotal to our strategy in growing the market for Irish design and craft and in supporting our clients to achieve their ambitions in scaling and successfully competing at home and abroad.

“Each year this show provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to meet and do business with retail buyers from across Ireland and around the globe.

Showcase takes from from January 19th – 22nd in the RDS in Dublin.
