Shannon Heritage takes home Digital Transformation Enterprise award

SHANNON Heritage has won the prestigious Digital Transformation Enterprise award at the 2019 Spider Awards which took place in Dublin on Thursday, November 21.

The award recognises an organisation that has transformed its customer service and marketing process into the digital arena, with digital being at the core of internal and external strategies.

It was a very successful night for the Shannon Group overall as it was a finalist in three award categories. Shannon Airport was shortlisted for the ‘Best in Social Media’ award and the ‘Best in Lifestyle and Health’ award, while Shannon Heritage was also shortlisted for the ‘Best in Lifestyle and Health’ award.

The Spiders recognise companies and individuals driving digital, web, community, and brand excellence. This year marked the 24th anniversary of the prestigious Spider Awards which is the longest-running digital awards programme in Ireland.

Speaking about Shannon Heritage winning the award Mary Considine, CEO Shannon Group said, “We are delighted to have won the Digital Transformation Enterprise award at the Spider Awards.
