PORTLAOISE based band The Lost Messiahs trade in “a rich palette of atmospheric guitars, dark and brooding synths and driven by a relentless hypnotic rhythm.”
Their new album ‘Deconstruction of the Mind’ dropped in September getting favourable reviews from, among others, Sunday Independent.
‘Big Mistake’ is the second single taken from ‘Deconstruction of the Mind’. The original song was written and produced by Ollie Plunkett and mixed by Owen Geaney at Golden Egg Studios, Portlaoise, Ireland and mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound, New Jersey. His credits include The National, Interpol and War on Drugs.
The Lost Messiahs play 1314@ Flannery’s, Catherine Street this Thursday November 7.
