Limerick’s Junior Camogie side overcame a previously unbeaten Roscommon side on a scoreline of 1-12 to 0-8 in Cusack Park Ennis this afternoon to reach the All Ireland Junior Final.
The defining score came through super sub Shauna D’Arcy who made her introduction in the second half. Only on the pitch for 30 seconds and following her first possession of the match, 17 year old D’Arcy fired a rocket past the Roscommon keeper to seal Limerick’s place in the final.
